Come for a walk with me down Memory Lane!
And if you have a "Memory Lane" post, head on over to Scottsville to join in on the fun!
Last week I did a blog hop post sharing my wedding dress. In that post I also shared a bridal doll that my Grandma had made for me for my wedding. She was not able to make it to my wedding because of health problems- but I remember feeling so blessed that something she had made for me was part of my wedding.
This first picture is a picture I had taken a while ago of some of the things my Grandma made for me over the years~ on top was the bridal doll. Then there is the multi color pastel blanket she crocheted for me as a baby, the creme colored she made for Jake and the yellow one she made for Tyler.
The other day I was looking for something in my cedar chest and found these little kitchen towels that she also crocheted. I remember her making these all the time. My mom gave these towels to me as a Christmas present the year my Grandma had passed away in 1999.
I am so happy to have these things that my Grandma made with her own hands~ what precious memories.
